In particular, “What if we rethink recruiting from the ground up? What if we could throw away all legacy preconceptions and business practices to build a better way to recruit? What if we could take all the modern advancements in software, automation, and AI to build a more efficient recruiting business?”
We have kept this mission in mind since the day we launched in 2018. How can we do things smarter, more efficiently, and at a higher level? We’ve always kept this focus over the years as we’ve expanded our team, service offerings, our customers, and our candidate pool.
In the last 5 years, we’ve built our own training, operational methods, internal and client-facing software, a full-fledged analytics suite and a job listing service. We’ve helped some of the best companies in Japan assemble amazing talent. And we’ve helped amazing people find new careers.
Monstarlab shares the same vision of helping their customers by leveraging human talent and modern technology. It was their understanding that recruiting is not a niche business – recruiting is a key part of EVERY business – that drew us to them.
